- a. Authorization signed by the utility model owner. Name, address, nationality and tax identification number of the applicant (legal or natural person). In the case of legal persons, it is necessary to indicate the name and position of the signatory. (In case of a natural person, the name should be the same that appears on the National Identity Card; for legal persons, the name must reflect the particulars recorded in the Commercial Register).
- b. Name, address and nationality of the inventor/s, as well as indication of the working relationship between the inventors and the applicant company or entity (for instance: employment contract, private contract, etc.).
